Domestic (Australia Policies)

For all domestic orders, we use Australia Post. Typically orders should take no longer than a week to arrive. You will receive an email confirming your order and a subsequent email when your order is dispatched. This will include a tracking number, which you can refer to when tracking your package. If there are significant delays, of more than a week on top of regular postage times, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping *due to Covid, we are still experiencing postage delays. Please see below for current locations and timeframes 

We are currently shipping to the follow countries/zones (outside of Australia). We use Australia Post International Postage, with below times being approximated based on current Australia Post updates *last updated 15th February 2022. For pricing, please select at checkout

We send all our orders via Australia International post and will let you when your order is ready to be shipped. Tracking information will be included for you to follow your parcel. Postage time will vary as your order may go through customs.

Delivery T's & C's

Postage service

We are unable to accept responsibility of the product upon its postage to you. We will package your product in a cardboard box and seal to ensure your knit stays safe on its way to you. However we are unable to determine postage delays or take responsibility for missed deliveries. If you are having any postage issues, please refer to the postage service and tracking number provided. Please don't hesitate to contact us at revelknitwear@gmail.com if you have any questions though and we will help the best that we can :)

Customs

If we are shipping Internationally (outside of Australia), please consider any customs charges you may incur from your own county. We will provide appropriate customs documentation, however we are unable to take responsibility for any additional customs charges that occur in your country. Each shipping country has different policies, so local taxes and duties will need to be remitted by receiver if requested from customs.
